An Introduction

This blog details my attempt at a new adventure. For any young American recently graduated from college, there is a distinct set of choices available, many of which are scripted. For me, the beauty of youth is the spontaneity of opportunity, the surprises available to anyone willing to stay open to chance and optimism. For months now I have been looking for adventure, somewhere I can go with a minimal plan, and the opportunity to leave the rest open-ended, so that experience might be vulnerable to the energies around me, and that there might some confluence between me and my new environments. Also, I am hopelessly restless. So I'm moving to South America for three months. I will explain how and why more in the following posts.
